How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00). For urgent matters, please call us directly on +27 83 783 9404.
Is there a call-out fee for on-site visits?
Call-out fees depend on your location, the nature of the work, and whether you are on a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We will advise you of any applicable fees before dispatch. SLA clients may have call-out fees included in their agreement.
Can I request support via email?

Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Deposit requirements vary depending on the scope and value of the project. For large-scale projects, a deposit is typically required. For standard support calls, payment is due on completion. We will discuss payment terms with you before commencing any work.
